Nordic City Report - Spring 2011
The report provides an overview of the Nordic commercial real estate market, and is being published twice a year; in March and August/September. The report highlights important trends within the commercial market in Stockholm, Gothenburg, Malmö, Oslo, Copenhagen and Helsinki. The report is prepared in co-operation with Jones Lang LaSalle, and highlights the office market, the retail market and the logistics market. The report also gives specific examples of transactions in the leasing and investment markets.
