Our history

Akershus Eiendom was established in 1992 as a commercial real estate advisor, offering services related to leasing and transactions of commercial property. The firm has completed many of the largest transactions in Norway. In 1997 Akershus Eiendom targeted the leasing market, and the market share is now around 50%. In 2001, the research team was established, and the same year Akershus Eiendom also established an alliance with Jones Lang LaSalle. In 2007, Akershus Corporate Finance AS was established as an associated company and is a part of the Akershus Group.
