He has been CEO in Storebrand Eiendom, Property Manager in KLP Eiendom and Gjensidige Forsikring and Project Manager in Acantor and NCC. Roar has joined Akershus Eiendom in 1998, and has been General Manager since 2005. From January 1st 2011, Roar is Executive Chairman in Akershus Eiendom AS.
